Submissions
You can submit your proposals for a) individual papers, b) panels, or c) alternative formats using the link below. Submissions will be accepted from July 1 to September 20, 2025. The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 5 October 2025, 23:59 CEST.

Registration
Registration for presenters with accepted papers is open until 28 February. Participants without papers can register until 24 April.
Please use the link to access ConfTool. You can log in using your existing ConfTool account or create a new account if you have not done so already.
Conference fees
Conference fees will be split in two categories:
€ 180 regular fee
€ 120 reduced fee for PhD students as well as participants from low-income countries (World Bank categories)

Conference Dinner
The NPIT7 conference dinner will be held at the Schlossberg restaurant, located atop the Schlossberg.
With its panoramic glass front, the restaurant offers breathtaking views of the city skyline—especially magical during sunset.
You can reach the venue either by taking an evening stroll up to the restaurant or by riding the Schlossbergbahn funicular,
which adds a touch of adventure to the experience.

Participation fee: €90
